System Requirements:

• Stable internet connection

Installation Process:

• Transact-M is a web-based application. There is no software installation required on individual user devices.

• Access to Transact-M is provided through a secure web address.

Initial Configuration:

• Network Access:

  • Access to Transact-M is restricted to authorized IP addresses for enhanced security.

  • Your organization's network administrator will configure the necessary IP address permissions.

• System Setup:

  • Infosynch Software Solution will handle the server-side setup and configuration of Transact-M.

  • This includes database setup, initial system settings, and security protocols.

• User Account Setup:

  • Administrator Access:

    • Infosynch Software Solution will provide initial administrator credentials.

  • Staff Account Creation:

    • The administrator can create and manage staff accounts within the Transact-M system.

  • Role Assignment:

    • Assign appropriate roles and permissions to staff members to control access to different features and data.
