• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, and non-transferable license to use our Services as permitted by these Terms.

• You must not reproduce, distribute, or modify any content or materials from our Services without our express written consent.

3. User Content:

• You are responsible for any content you submit or upload through our Services.

• You grant Infosynch Software Solution a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and distribute your content for the purpose of providing our Services.  

• You must not submit any content that is unlawful, harmful, or infringes on the rights of others.

4. Transact-M Specific Terms:

• Transact-M is provided for the use of banks, cooperative societies, and multistate banks in Nagpur, Maharashtra, and surrounding regions.

• You agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including RBI guidelines, when using Transact-M.

• You are responsible for the accuracy and integrity of the data you enter into Transact-M.

• Infosynch Software Solution will not be held liable for any data loss due to user error.

• Access to Transact-M is restricted to authorized IP addresses.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties:

• Our Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied.  

• Infosynch Software Solution does not warrant that our Services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

• We disclaim all warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of Liability:

• Infosynch Software Solution shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our Services.  

• Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for our Services.

• You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Infosynch Software Solution and its affiliates, officers, and employees from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our Services or your breach of these Terms.

• Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Nagpur, Maharashtra.
